Crystal Bowls Healing Meditations
Try our beautiful Sound Healing Meditations with crystal quartz singing bowls. These crystal bowls create the most powerful sounds that heal the body, balance the mind, and leave you feeling an inner sense of peace and clarity.
This is such a lovely healing experience.
Active / Chakra Dancing Meditations
Join in on our Active Meditation classes on Wednesday nights, in a blissful, letting go experience. Active Meditations are physical, with imagination and movement, whilst creating flow and energy through your body. You will enjoy a peaceful relaxed ending experience. These classes are inspired with beautiful music, dancing, shaking, sounding and movement to embrace the inner you. Anyone can join us.
