Metaphysics guides you through a yearly journey of healing and understanding mental and emotional behavior. With knowledge of energy and colour, guided meditations and other various techniques, you will venture into a world of self understanding, greater awareness, love, and self responsibility. You will heal, build self esteem, create better balance, and find a greater meaning for your life.

This is the second year in continued personal development for better understanding and self observation and awareness. This course offers universal laws and virtues for personal assistance, sound therapy, active and passive meditations, a cleansing process, exercises to gain greater confidence in yourself and the world around you. You will open doors for moving into higher states of self awareness.
